Adlon cuisine

The cuisine at Hotel Adlon has always been its crowning achievement and this year, as always, tasty dishes abound.
Our chef Daniele Oliva prepares25 different daily dishes (some right before guests’ eyes) and has them skilfully arranged on our grand buffet.
Our panoramic restaurant overlooking the sea offers our guests homemade pasta and sweets, local fish, meat, cold cuts, local cheese, a wide assortment of side dishes, new exotic dishes and a variety of fruit, both at lunch and dinner. Giving our guests the chance to choose, according to their own taste and quantities desired while ensuring genuine products has always been a fundamental matter to us!

Once a week in the summer, Hotel Adlon provides its guests the opportunity to cheerfully dine on the beach together with our skillful cooks, lighthearted entertainment staff and courteous waiters, all under the watchful and observant eye of the director and owner Claudio Montanari. Romantic, happy and unforgettable dinners with a local traditional Romagnolo and international culinary flair are enjoyed against the marvellous backdrop of the sea at sunset.
Our chef is at guests’ disposal every week to teach them the secrets of local Romagnolo cuisine thanks to the course Chef per un giorno, oggi cucino io! (Chef for a day, today it’s my turn to cook!).
