INSURANCE AND RENT RULES
- When you rent a racing bike you are responsible for the entire rental period. Please take care of your bike, which must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered to you.
- The insurance covers theft only and exclusively if the theft occurs when the bicycle is properly locked with a padlock in our storage room at the Hotel Adlon.
- The rates include, in case of a road-traffic accident, any damage to third parties. Personal injuries and damages to the bicycle will be borne by you. We recommend that you take out personal accident insurance.
- Bicycle rental prices include VAT.
- The minimum rental period is 6 days.
- All the aforementioned bicycles are equipped with repair kit.
- For a better service, customers are encouraged to bring their own pedals.
- Any damage to the bicycle or to the accessories will be charged to the customer.
- In case of early return on the fixed date, the entire rental period must be paid.
- The bicycle must be returned before 3.30 p.m. on the last day of rental.
- Any cancellation of the reservation within 14 days of the agreed date entails a cost equivalent to 3 days of rental.
- For the confirmation of the rental a deposit account equivalent of 3 days of rental is requested.
